    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using XainFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

    2. Use License

    Permission is granted to temporarily use XainFlow for personal or commercial creative purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

    3. User Account

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Credits and Billing

    Credits are consumed based on your usage of AI generation features. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. All prices are subject to change with notice.

    5. Content Ownership

    You retain all rights to content you create using XainFlow. However, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use XainFlow to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    XainFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
